Fine Food Australia 2026
Fine Food Australia is the country’s largest trade exhibition for the food service, hospitality and retail industries and alternates between Sydney and Melbourne annually.
In 2026, Fine Food Australia will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 31 August to 3 September. The event presents new and innovative products from around Australia, as well as live demonstrations, masterclasses and industry recognised competitions. A strong international business presence further elevates the event, creating exceptional opportunities for networking and global exposure.
The event will provide a platform for Tasmanian food and beverage businesses to discover new export or growth opportunities, ignite business conversations, foster face-to-face connections with quality decision-makers, and find and discuss opportunities for collaboration with like-minded businesses. A strong focus on international markets is expected this year, with a significant Austrade and international buyer presence likely to attend.
Trade Tasmania invites established Tasmanian food and beverage businesses who are ready to grow their domestic and international trade, to submit an expression of interest (EOI) to attend Fine Food Australia under the TASMANIAN banner.
Established or export-ready Tasmanian businesses with capacity and ambition to further expand both their domestic AND international presence will be considered favourably.
Submit your expression of interest
Interested businesses are encouraged to submit their Expression of Interest by Monday, 11 May 2026.
*Please note that EOIs for attendance at this trade show will be accepted from individual commercial businesses only.
The EOI process will be competitive. EOI selection criteria will include:
- Export readiness to supply to BOTH domestic and international markets.
- Fit to target buyer channels (retail, foodservice, etc).
- Production capacity and ability to meet buyer minimum order quantities and lead times.
