Women on Boards

Building Tasmania is committed to diversity and inclusion, including the achievement of gender equity in its workforce. This extends to board memberships.

The Tasmanian Government's Women on Boards Strategy 2020-2025 set a target of 50% representation of women on Tasmanian Government boards. Building Tasmania applies the actions set out in the Strategy to promote women for membership as new appointments are made.
