Drop-down boxes allow you to filter the data shown on screen. So, you sort the information that is available.
For example, for the Goods Exports by product report you can use filters to sort by value or volume of exports, the financial year, or the country of destination.
By selecting certain filters, you could for example, search the value, of all exports to Japan in 2023-24, and within the data, you can see individual export categories (for example, onion exports)
To select an option:
Click the relevant drop-down box, for example: “country of destination”, you can type in your country of destination, or find it ordered alphabetically.
Click the square next to the option you want to view.
The report will update to show only data related to your selection.
To reset filters:
Click the Clear Filters button to remove all selections and view all available data again.
The report will display some data in categories, for example, “Food Products”, to expand on a report to see detailed information in each product category.
To expand:
Click on the ‘+’ so you can see an expanded view of information.
Click the ‘-‘ if you would like to reduce your view of information.
