Food & Hospitality Asia 2027

Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) will take place at Singapore Expo from 20 to 23 April 2027.

FHA is Asia’s leading international food and beverage trade event, bringing together buyers, distributors, importers, chefs and decision-makers from across the region. FHA provides Tasmanian businesses with the opportunity to showcase the state’s outstanding food and beverage offerings to a highly targeted audience in one of Asia’s most dynamic markets.

Participation at FHA 2027 will enable Tasmanian food and agribusinesses the opportunity to:

  • Connect directly with international buyers seeking premium, clean and sustainably produced food and beverage products.
  • Explore opportunities for market entry, growth and distribution across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region.
  • Increase brand awareness and build valuable business relationships with industry partners and customers.
  • Gain insights into emerging trends, consumer preferences and competitor activity.
  • Strengthen export readiness and develop new international business opportunities.

Tasmania’s reputation for quality, provenance and innovation positions local food and beverage businesses strongly in Asian markets. FHA 2027 provides an ideal platform to showcase these strengths, expand commercial networks and pursue new export opportunities.

The TASMANIAN stand will be located within the Australian Pavilion, alongside other Australian states, industry organisations and food and beverage producers, providing a strong national presence and increased visibility for participating businesses.

Participation options

Tasmanian food and beverage businesses that are established or emerging exporters are invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) to participate under the TASMANIAN banner through one of the following options.

Exhibitor

  • Exhibit from the Tasmanian stand and showcase products directly to buyers and industry stakeholders.
  • Ideal for businesses actively seeking export sales, distributors or commercial partnerships.
  • Includes dedicated space and branding within the Tasmanian pavilion.

  • Suitable for businesses exploring market opportunities and building or strengthening industry relationships.

Visitor

  • Attend FHA to gain market intelligence and better understand export opportunities.

Priority will be given to businesses that demonstrate a strong likelihood of achieving commercial outcomes or contributing to the promotion of Tasmania’s food and beverage brand in-market.

Please note Tasmania’s participation at FHA Food & Beverage 2027 will be subsidised by the Tasmanian Government, however, there will be a participation cost for exhibitors and rovers. There will be no fee for visitors to participate.
