Following completion of the site selection, planning and design phases - a collaboration between the Tasmanian Government, the Tasmania Devils, the AFL and Kingborough Council - construction of the AFL High Performance Centre has now begun.
Funded by the Tasmanian Government, the project is being managed by the Tasmania Devils.
Separate Tasmanian Government funding has also been provided to Kingborough Council to deliver the broader community infrastructure works identified in its master plan for the Kingborough Sports Precinct.
