Macquarie Point Precinct – Approved Plans and Documents

The State Policies and Projects (Macquarie Point Precinct) Order 2025 took effect on 4 December 2025 and allows the Macquarie Point Multipurpose Stadium to proceed as a project of State significance, subject to conditions.

The Order establishes an independent statutory regulator function responsible for considering and determining a range of plans and documents required throughout the design, construction and operational phases of the Project. These documents address matters including design, construction, transport, environmental management and operational arrangements.

The Department supports the administration of the regulator function established under the Order, including the publication of plans and documents approved under the Order.

The Department will publish approved plans and documents on this page in accordance with the requirements of the Order.
